This philosophy has led me to specialize in treatment approaches that utilize cognitive-behavioral, humanistic and existential interventions to treat patients with a range of medical and mental health challenges using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and other mindfulness-based interventions.

Individual Psychotherapy
Dr. Davidson has spent more than 15 years supporting people through a range of life’s challenges including anxiety, depression and phase of life changes. Her approach is tailored to the needs of each individual with a focus on evidence-based treatments including cognitive-behavioral, mindfulness-based, existential and humanistic approaches.
Health Psychology
Dr. Davidson has extensive experience in supporting patients with medical challenges. Her primary focus has been the support of cancer patients from diagnosis through long-term survivorship. She has worked with patients with a range of cancer types including both solid tumors and blood cancers. To learn more click here.
Grief Therapy
Dr. Davidson has specialized training as a certified grief counselor (GC-C). Her practice focuses on helping those who have experienced a range of different kinds of losses. Grief can take many forms and support after loss can be an important part of helping people to moved forward in a meaningful way that honors their loss experience. To learn more click here.
Creative Expression
Dr. Davidson has a long-held professional interest in the mental health benefits of creative expression. She has helped many patients develop and expand their creative practices in ways that improve their mental and professional well-being. She often works with clients from the performing, musical and visual arts fields.
